Is this the future of science or the stuff of science fiction movies? It seems an official scientific review has been conducted of Japan’s bizarre experiments with test-tube minke babies and attempts at cross-breeding cows.
In the reviews its believed these experiments are simply cover for Japan’s continued annual whale research program that kills whale for research purposes. One can only hope that these ridiculous, cruel practices are soon a relic of the past!
Being a foreigner (gaijin) living in Japan has it share of fun times through to the bizarre & bewildering.
This past week pop singer Kumi Koda was forced to grovel and apologise profusely, after describing “women over 35 had ‘rotten’ fluid in their wombs” in her radio program on Jan 30. Her commercial endorsement deals were pulled from TV as well as her entertainment agency halting their promotional activities for her new album release.
I just want to know what she was smoking when she said that on national radio? One can only wonder…
