   Hey JB,
   Thanks for this great info! I’m a blog-newbie, so this is very timely. I’m going to print this off and make it a check list so I can make the necessary changes to my blog while it’s still early in the game. Just looking at yours has given me some ideas!

   Hi,

   You have simplified picking a theme to the basics which is really great. I thought you might have some suggestions on where to go to get some of these themes to use for wordpress blogs. Any suggestions?

   Well, I’d be lying if I didn’t highly recommend the ultimate blogging theme by Carl “Kidblogger” Ocab over at http://www.ultimatebloggingtheme.com

   As far as free blogging themes go, well you can’t go past the awesome themes over at Daily Blog Tips http://www.dailyblogtips.com/wordpress-themes/
